OUR SERVICES
We generally provide three types of services to our wedding clients
- full service planning, design & coordination
- Partial planning service with a focus on the styling aspects
- On-the-day setup, coordination and pack down
PLANNING, DESIGN & COORDINATION FULL SERVICE PACKAGE
This package is perfect for couples who do not have the time to invest and commit to the planning of their wedding. It’ll suit couples who just started to plan or who may needassistance to begin their wedding planning, ideally 8 -12 months before the wedding date.
Price starts from $3800+gst depending on complexity of event.
Design & Styling
- Design ceremony and reception layout and decoration based on your theme, colour palette and budget.
- Create custom mood board and detailed styling proposal.
- Produce cost breakdown of all items needed to execute the styling proposal.
- Set up and arrange all styling elements, such as flowers, stationeries, furniture andprops, to ensure the desired look is achieved.
- Liase directly with venue regarding styling requirements.
- Management of styling budget.
Planning
- Discuss your vision, style and budget.
- Unlimited contact via email and phone.
- 3 x one hour face to face appointments / zoom meetings.
- Attend any appointments with the venue, caterers, entertainment providersetc. as required.
- Book and negotiate terms with selected vendors, as well as organise paymentsif needed.
- Source and obtain quotations of wedding suppliers as required for you tocompare and choose, including photographer, florist, celebrant, cake designer,wedding entertainment and hire company, etc.
- Invitation and RSVP management.
- Creation of run sheet and logistics plan for all wedding suppliers as well asprivate itineraries for the bride and groom.
Coordination
- Communicate and collaborate with vendors to ensure our concepts andrequirements are fully understood and executed.
- Attend vendor appointments and rehearsal.
- Ensure the day is on schedule and services are completed at allocatedtimes.
- Decor and prop set up & pack down.
PARTIAL PLANNING, STYLING & COORDINATION SERVICE PACKAGE
- Unlimited consultation via phone calls, apps and emails in regards to your wedding
- Up to 3 face to face meetings / zoom meetings prior to event
- Accompanied site inspection of your venue
- Review and take over your existing wedding planning materials such as budget plan,vendor contracts, inspiration materials, etc.
- Create custom mood board, and styling proposal
- Produce cost breakdown of all items needed to execute the styling proposal, subject to your approval
- Select vendors based on your vision and budget, obtain quotes for you to choose and compare
- Source / create all elements required to execute concepts designed
- Communicate and collaborate with vendors to ensure our concepts and requirements are fully understood and executed
- Attend vendor appointments if needed
- Onsite management and coordination of all wedding vendors on the day
- Decor & prop set up and pack down
Price starts from $2500+gst depending on complexity of event and level of involvement
ON-THE-DAY SETUP AND COORDINATION SERVICE PACKAGE
Our on-the-day setup and coordination service package is for couples who havecompleted most of their planning process, but would like someone to tie a fewloose ends, make sure every detail on the day is perfectly executed as youenvisioned, so they can focus on the most important part of all - celebrating.
Package includes (but not limited to):
- Unlimited consultation via phone calls and emails in regards to your wedding
- Up to 2 face to face meetings / zoom meetings prior to event
- Accompanied site visit of ceremony and reception venue(s), to go over floor plan, styling details and event order
- Contact and confirm details with booked vendors prior to your wedding
- Onsite management and coordination of all wedding vendors on the day
- Set up & pack down based on pre-approved plans and materials
